WILSON, Elda Maxine "Dell" - 78, Dartmouth, passed away November 28, 2007, in Dartmouth General Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Lantz, she was a daughter of the late William and Esther (Isenor) Hennigar. She was a long-time member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church and the ACW, and ran the 45 Monday night card social for eight years. She loved to play cards and attend the old-time dances. She enjoyed baking and was known for her biscuits. Dell enjoyed summers at the cottage in Brule. She is survived by daughter, Linda (Dameon) Lowe, Beaver Bank; Suzanne (Sheldon) Tipert, Dartmouth; grandchildren, Lori (Patrick) Purcell, Tim Lowe; great-granddaughter, Breigha; companion, Gerry White, and sister, Vina Goodwin, Halifax. She was predeceased by her husband, Angus Hugh "Gus" Wilson, and her brother, Ivan Hennigar. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth. Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Andrew's Anglican Church, 8 Locks Rd., Dartmouth, Rev. Trevor Lightfoot officiating. Burial in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens.
