HENNIGAR, Myrtis Mable - 78, Upper Kennetcook, passed away March 12, 2008, in Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow. Born in Noel Shore, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Ellen (Hines) Miller. Myrtis was a member of Saint Peters Guild, Upper Kennetcook. She enjoyed quilting, cooking and socializing. Myrtis will be deeply missed by her family and friends, and her extended family at Glen Haven. She is survived by her sons, James (Wilma), Kennetcook; Daniel, Upper Kennetcook; Bertrand (Pricilla), Urbania; daughter, Jill (Randy) Tattrie, Onslow Mountain; grandchildren, Sandy, J.J., Ellen, Meghan, and Stephen; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Devin; brothers, Louis (Betty), Noel Shore; Frank (Babe), South Maitland; sisters, Ora (Fred), Waverley; Erma (Ron), Hantsport; Opal (Joe), Ontario; Kaye, Maitland; Ruby (Ray), Ontario; Bertha (Ron), Brookfield, and Pauline, Noel. Myrtis was predeceased by her husband, Henry Munroe; sister, Aileen; brothers, Jack and Harry. Cremation has taken place, with no visitation by request. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 14, followed by a reception, both in J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Highway 354, Kennetcook, Canon Eric Porrior officiating. Interment of ashes at a later date in St. Peter's Anglican Cemetery, Upper Kennetcook.
