ROY (Hennigar), Betty Marie ? Ryans Creek/Dartmouth, joined her husband, Edwin Keith, in death on March 8, 2011, from Dartmouth General Hospital, at the age of 76. Betty was the youngest daughter of the late Charles Orin and Nellie O'Neta Hennigar of Five Mile River, Hants Co. Betty is survived by her son, Glynn (Tina) Roy; daughter, Janet (Gordon) Nash; granddaughter, Leann Nash. She is also survived by sisters, Mavis, Hazel, Pauline and Merna; brother, Gerald. She was predeceased by brothers, Nelson, Vernon and Blair. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home. There will be no visitation as requested. Funeral service 2 p.m., Saturday, March 12, in St. David's United Church, Maitland, Rev. Roger Moore officiating. A private family interment will be in Oak Island Cemetery, Maitland. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Betty may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
