HENNIGAR, M. Etta - 61, Noel, Hants Co., died Sunday, February 1, 1998, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, VG Site, Halifax. Born in East Noel, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Bernetta (Densmore) Crossman. She had been a resident of Noel all of her married life and a member of Noel United Church. She was a member of Noel and District Volunteer Fire Brigade Ladies Auxiliary and a volunteer canvasser for the Canadian Cancer Society.
She is survived by her husband, Frank (Junie); daughter, Elizabeth Ann; grandson, Cameron, all of Noel; sisters, Ellen Laffin, Dolly Hennigar, Noel; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Iva Hennigar, Noel; sister-in-law, Thelma Hennigar, Dartmouth.
Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, funeral service 2 p.m. Thursday, both in Withrow-MacMillan Funeral Home, East Noel, Rev. Sandra Cox officiating. Burial in Noel Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Nova Scotia Branch, or a charity of one's choice.
