Born in Halifax, she is survived by her children, Ivan, Yvonne, Ella, Roy, Christine; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ella was predeceased by husband, Ivan Hennigar and son, Kevin Hennigar. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 6th, in Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Dr., Lower Sackville. A reception will follow in the funeral home. Donations in Ella's name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
