  (Research):Death: Chronicle-Herald, Obituary, Jan 2011 McLEARN, Maurice Gilbert ?  83, North Noel Road, passed away peace-fully on January 2, 2011, in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Five Mile River on November 17, 1927, he was a son of the late Alexander and Noani (Miller) McLearn. Maurice enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Wanetta (White); son, Timothy 'Tim' (Marlene), many sisters-in-law; and brothers-in-law; as well as nieces and nephews, special niece, Tallie. Visita-tion will be held Tuesday, January 4 from 7-9 p.m., and funeral service Wednesday, January 5, at 2 p.m., both in J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Hwy 354, Kennetcook. Chuck Paterson offi-cating with a private family burial in Upper Kennetcook Anglican Cemete-ry.
