LAFFIN, Clyde Addison
Age 89 of Noel, passed away on June 18, 2014, in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro, with his family at his side. Born in Northfield, Hants Co., on July 31, 1924, Clyde was a son of the late Addison and Evelyn (MacKiel) Laffin. Clyde is survived by his wife, Inez (White); daughters, Judy (Elmo) White, of Noel Road, and Cheryl Laffin, of Alberta; his son, Corey (Jolene White) Laffin, of Kennetcook; his brother, Glendon, of Ontario; several grand-children and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Clyde was predeceased by his son, Shawn, and three brothers. Cremation has taken place, with a private family committal service to be held in North Noel Road Cemetery at a later date, Rev. Angus R. MacDonald officiating. Donations in memory of Clyde may be made to North Noel Road Cemetery Fund. The family would like to thank the nurses on the 3-D wing for their care during Clyde's stay.
